I just picked it up. Going to start my NEW YEAR with a BANG! SHe is a little scarry. my kids will do work outs with me, until I put her on. My little girl calls her the "bad lady" : ) If thats what it takes then thats what it takes!

my first mini goal was to lose 10 lbs by christmas, I have always had the hardest time losing weight and its always been super SLOW, I am down 5 lbs, hoping to see 5 more go this week. BUT its not going as quickly as I had hoped!

Ok my cardio was cross country skiing! 25 minutes, it was a great burn, and I just did my crunches! OUCH!!! I havent done crunches in ages and I was and am feeling it! First on tomorrow should set the challenge! thanks everyone, I need this to get out of my usual routine.

stay natural, Butter is better for you, in moderation! I make my own apple butter, its really really tasty and you don't need to butter your toast if you are eating it! And i you make your own, you don't have to add hardly any sugar! Its like spreading apple cider on your toast!!! mmmm so yummy!
