I got the exercise, except that I try to have one day off from exercising. I will try on my day off, just to walk for 1/2 hour. I have been doing really bad on logging my food, so I will certainly try harder on that.

So I have been really bad at doing the jumping jacks because I forgot that was part of the challenge. :( So I need to do like 250 or something like that if I want to do just the 50 a day. Otherwise I need to do 500 by tomorrow afternoon. I will see what I can do.

I am looking forward to do the jumping jacks. Maybe I will do the 100 situps and then do 100 jumping jacks or do it like 25 sit-ups, then 25 jumping jacks until I get to 100. I only need to get in 2 cups of fruits and 2.5 cups of veggies. Easily done as I get about 1/2 cup of fruit and a cup of veggie in my breakfast…

For this mornings burn it was 446 calories from running outdoors. I really thought I had ran more than that, but I will take it. I still have one more workout for today.

I forget how many calories I burnt on Saturday, I think I had about 400 calories. Anyway, today I walked for 35 minutes and burnt 200 calories.

I did my 100 situps/crunches, even with a sore lower back or tush. I am not sure why, but when I am doing situps my tailbone starts really hurting.

Another thing I have seen people who plateau do is to just measure your waist, legs, etc., instead of getting on the scale. You don't want to make yourself depressed by not seeing the number on the scale move.

I'm going to both a fitness and food challenge. My fitness goal is to rest my knee the whole week, by not running.
