PW: 145.3 CW: 144.6 I was not sure if I was going to be down this morning after eating the way I did yesterday. I didn't have a real healthy breakfast (ate out for my daughters first day of school), then we ate Little Caesar's pizza last night and it was a 3 meat pizza. I did run this morning though. YAY!!

Everyone is different, but it is the last weekend that we usually get to grill out, so people go all out for eating burgers, hot dogs, brats, and then all the sides like potato salad, beans, etc.. oh and if there is a carnival around people usually go there and eat the carnival food, which is very good.

I am excited about week 2 challenge. I try to eat as clean as possible. I usually try to incorporate fruit for my afternoon snack. Sometimes I am able to add them to my meal. I would say change up your routine a little. If you walk/run only, try adding crosstraining every other day. Maybe on Monday is running, Tuesday could be the elliptical, etc. How many days a week to do you work out? How "healthy" are you eating? Are there things you can change?
