Great Challenge. I will certainly figure out how many hours I actually do in the gym. I sometimes go 2 times a day and that helps me get up to about 5 to 7 hours a week. GO RED TEAM!! WE HAVE THIS CHALLENGE!!

I am proud that I was able to ask the waitress to box up 1/2 of my meal before it was even brought out to me. :) So I didnt over eat and I havent gone over my calorie goal.

I already have this one. I think in the last couple of months the only time I have eaten past 8pm is if I was having hot chocolate and peanut butter sandwiches. I actually made this change in my eating pattern ages ago (or so it seems).

I am the same way. I love my Diet Coke. I made it a New Years Resolution to drink only one soda a day and I have done it this last week. One the weekend though I had a 440z soda for 2 days, because I like to have soda while I am at work. I think that helps with some of the weight loss.

Just so everyone knows, on my ticker I actually started back in November weighing less then I did last week, when I started this program because the week between Christmas and New Years I gained 3lbs so last week I lost it and that is why it shows I have only lost 2lbs. I really did lose 4.2.lbs last week.

Pam, It is so motivating. Before I joined the BL challenge I had no friends except for some that I added from people commenting on Shay's status's. Now I have people telling me good job, keep up the great work. I have people reminding me to drink all the water I am suppose to.

I have been drinking a lot of water of late. I drink one 16.9 while working out for half an hour and two when I workout for 1 hour. Then I usually have some in the morning right when I get up. I try to drink some throughtout the day. My thing is to try to stop drinking soda, so I need to add more water to my day.
