  • Wow this thread has blown my mind. I generally fall asleep quickly but have numerous extremely vivid dreams each night. I am on Metformin and I ran out of my script a few weeks ago and thinking back, the week I didn't have the met, I slept heaps better. I'm struggling BIG TIME during the day atm. I could literally fall…
  • Wow you have pretty much summed me up atm!! I will eat so well during the day, go home, touch a small portion of carbs and then boom, three days worth of getting every piece of bread, cheezel and corn chips into my mouth that I can. And then I can't understand why I still gain weight. Are you on Metformin? I find that…
  • I was on Zoely and now I have changed to Estelle. Super super frustrating more than anything!
  • Peanut Butter is also on my NO NO NO list. I just can't control myself after I have it. It would almost be a year since I've had any. I am also currently sitting at 50 days no chocolate. Again, it's a trigger food for me and now that the cravings are gone I don't miss it at all. I try to stay away from white rice and as a…
  • I have just noticed I have a decent amount of cellulite on my arms now as well as my normal tummy/thighs. Whilst I am no expert in the matter, I'd be inclined to say that creams/lotions would be a waste of money. But I too would be interested in knowing more about it. I understand genetics plays a role and I'm definitely…

  • I do intervals on the elliptical at my gym and boy oh boy do I SWEAT!! I have a HRM and on average I can burn around 10 calories a minute. As mentioned above, I guess it depends on your level of resistance and how hard you go at it. I find it's better for my knees and shins than running on the treadmill and I get a great…
  • I know that if I'm lunging my horse I burn about the same as if running a half marathon as I have to chase that black fatty around the round yard the WHOLE time! I invested in a heart rate monitor so I could work out accurately what I was burning. You can buy relatively inexpensive ones and I LOVE mine!!
  • I'm in Australia and have just ordered this for the first time. I CAN'T WAIT for it to arrive. These recipes sound amazing. We don't have cool whip over here though which after reading this makes me sad!!
  • I have just joined this group as I've hit rock bottom again! I can't 100% remember the last few weeks so I'm going to start from today. 16.04.2014 Me: 1 TB: 0
  • I have terrible problems with hair. My face is out of control and it doesn't end there. I have been on Spiro in the past but from memory it takes a long time before you see any effects?? Once my acne came back I swapped over to the pill but I am super super bloated so wanting to change to a different one. Any suggestions??…

  • If hunger isn't the problem then eating isn't the solution. Always bring your own sunshine. The more you sweat in training the less you bleed in battle. The road of achievement has always belonged to the optimist. Without a struggle there can be no progress. If it's to be, it's up to me. Whatever you can do, or dream you…
  • I'm definitely going to have to try the ACV and water thing!!
  • I use my slow cooker lots in winter. I freeze meals so that when I'm short on time I can just defrost something. That and putting every vegetable in the sun into a soup. Definitely helps!!

  • I have been binge free for about a week (need to go back and work it out) and feeling good about it. I'm generally fine once the sugar cravings are out of my system. The whole 'cheat meal' doesn't work for me because as soon as I get a taste for sugar, I'm like a mad woman possessed and consume all I can get my hands on…

  • I liken my binging to a drug addiction. The adrenalin rush I get is amazing. I work away and often when I'm on the two hour flight home the whole way all I am thinking about is mentally walking the shopping aisles working out what I'm going to eat. I will buy a handful of items (full packs of biscuits, 2L icecream tubs,…
  • I'm totally in for this!! What an awesome idea. I'm TERRIBLE when it comes to binging.
  • Pick me pick me! I have an 18 year old Paint mare and her 4 year old Paint Bred daughter. Tried to upload photos but they are way too big so will try and edit them! Love my ponies!
  • Hi all I need to get motivated and actually stay on the wagon this time. I'm 28, 5'7 and naturally quite curvy. CW: 70kg (154lbs) GW: 60-62kg (134lbs) Would love to have people in similar situations to stay focused with!
  • I don't shampoo my hair. Ever. I double condition (I have very curly hair). My conditioner is an organic one from the health food shop and I love it. I don't use any other product on my hair other than coconut oil. My body wash, face wash and moisturiser are organic and most of my house cleaning products are. But I'm a…
  • This is so me! I have always had a good set of 'big strong legs' according to my grandfather (bless him). I have upped the anti lately though and have increased my cardio, squats, lunges etc. Sure enough I think I have lost a mm. Now whilst this is only a tiny tiny step towards tidy toned terrific thighs....it's a start!…
  • I have a Garmin 410 and I love it. It is quite large but it's opened up a whole new world for me!
  • Do you take measurements as well?? Could it be muscle that you are gaining?? I try to only weigh myself once a month now and I don't use my numbers as a reflection of how I'm going at all as my body shape is totally changing the more I work out :)
