  • So I can live to see my 5 yr old granddaughter get married. If God chooses to take me another way, at least I can say I went out thin. Also, I love the fact I am beginning to like how I look in clothes. When you're overweight no matter what I wore looked like crap. I have more confidence when I'm up singing at church too.

  • Dairy Queen Ice cream. Not only the diet reason but lactose intolerant now. So, even when I am down to maintenance I can't have it. Not uless I want to spend the day sitting on the pooper. :sad:

  • Years ago I lost a pound a day and ended up losing 80 in the past. But 50 of it came back. I was also in my 30's and a lot easier. Since starting this program, 3 is the most but down to 1-2 now.   • Not easy this time of year. Does a lot of water really help? I'm having a hard time getting in 8 glasses. But after having ham today, it's been easy to drink more. :)
