Totally Agee, I get anxiety attacks a lot due to my medical condition also I get something called a "sense of doom" which I get when my adrenaline attacks come on and they are so scary

I have acrylic nails but personally I dont notice any difference. I had gel last time due to the style I had but they lasted and felt the same x

Lol little concerned after reading this as I have jaw pain ( well toothache) and pins and needles in my arm but I have been laying on it so I am kinda guessing I will be ok xb

I swim 4 days a week normally but haven't been this week due to the weather. I personally don't let my hair get to wet, I always have it tied up high as I hate the chlorine in my hair. I use Tigi bed head shampoo and Conditioner daily and it makes it soft and shiny x
