I have 2 springer spaniels both rescue. Bramble (my profile picture) is 5 years old and I rescued her when she was 3 she was used as a punch bag and a breeding machine she had her tail cut off and was made to sleep outside in the snow, the owner was going to shoot her but she was saved at the last minute. Thank you both you, I never ever would class myself as a beauty, and thanks I love the red hair even thou the colour is fading and they don't do the colour anymore so I will be going back having chocolate colour hair x

I take multi vitamins every morning and feel better for taking them. I get the one with added iron.
