My calories are set at 1320 and I eat them almost everyday. I also eat back my exercise calories. I do not restrict any foods. I don't eat a lot of deserts only because I can't stop once I start. I am over forty and do 30 day shred. I am on day five of level two. i use five pound wieghts. I will probably do ten days on each level. I have lost 5 inches. But my clothes look amazing. No after pictures yet.
