I don't think I will. I have been loosing one pound a week. I have decided I am happy with that. If I hadn't given up this winter I would have already hit my goal. But I was to focused on big losses and got discouraged. So now I am good with slow and steady.

I recently moved to Savannah. The good news is it is a city where you walk. Walk everywhere and enjoy the sites. This way you get exercise and can enjoy all the amazing foods here. How often do you get a vacation without the kids. I saw enjoy and start over when you get back.

I saw a picture on Pinterest where they had two vases decorated. One was pounds loss and one was pounds to go. You put marbles or stones in them and move them between the vases. I am making one today. I think it would be a good visual reminder.
