After about 5 days of the Shred, I started the C25K program. I tried to get in at least 60 mins of exercise 6 days a week...only doing the Shred on that 7th day. Best of luck!!

Week 7 Day 1 done! I went for miles instead of time this go round. I put in my route at mapmywalk.com and figured how far 2.5 miles is. We are supposed to do that in about 25 mins...I did it in 26 mins!! 2.5 miles in 26 mins! Hell yes!

Week 5 Day 3 done!! I can't beleive I ran for 20 min without walking. Insane!! I took some advice to another C25Ker and took it 5 mins at a time...and kicked 20 mins' butt! Keep up the great work, everyone :flowerforyou:

Great idea!! I did it for 30 consecutive days (which I still can't believe I didn't miss a day!!). I also did the C25K program three times a week, and Zumba twice a week. As well as some biking and walking in there, too. I lost 5.5 lbs, 3" off my waist and 3.5" off my hips. I don't have photos from Day 1 of my back, but…

I had the same problem and after a getting fitted for running shoes, the pain is gone! Go to a running store, have them measure your feet, watch you run, and fit you with the shoe that fits you best. Best of luck!!!
