I had absolutely no trouble, I went to my family doctor told him how I was feeling. I had blood work done that day, and he called me within a week to let me know what was wrong and that he had called my prescription in to the pharmacy.

Everything I have read about the loose skin advocates lots of water, and cardio, and not to loose weight too quickly. Since skin is an organ it can and will change to some extent, but it needs time to do so.

I was diagnosed last year with hypothyroidism. It does affect your ability to loose weight since your thyroid hormones regulate your metabolism.
