Well, I'm lifting at the moment AND I play video games AND cook + bake. Women like that DO exist you know lol. With regards to certain bedroom acts, let's just say no-one has any complaints on either side.

Bumping for later!

A cup of tetley's with a teaspoon of cream makes me happy :) And green tea or peppermint tea, love them both.

Nope, vodka is all good. When I was on keto, I would get a double vodka and diet coke. Gin is fine, as is whiskey too. Basically most 'clear' spirits (don't touch rum or any liquers[sic] though!). Don't get cocktails, fruit juices and the soft drinks they use are normally FULL of sugars and therefore carbs. If you want…

Personally I would never do this. On my exercising days (I go to the gym three-four days a week), I eat at least 1800-2000 calories, and on my non-exercising days I eat between 1200-1400. Unless you are calorie cycling (1000 one day, 1500 the next etc), I don't think anyone would recommend it.

It took me a while to actually realise what they were. Initially I thought 'lol people putting testicle-shaped objects on their vehicles, that's not possible, what a bunch of bull.' Googling it proved me wrong.... Oh dear oh dear oh dear. Thank goodness you won't find this in the UK lol.

That 'come hither' look you seem to be having!

If you turned 360 degrees 'away' from an xbox, you'd be facing it again. I think you all mean '180' degrees. Yup, apparently the graphics are great! Also, speaking of games, doesn't the new Skyrim DLC look amazeballs?

Not for two days - had the opportunity to but said NOPE because I needed to do uni work (took a hell of a lot of self control though)...

Howdy! 20 year old uni student living in London. Feel free to shoot me an add!

My goal weight is 110lbs (50kg). Currently I am 122lbs (56kg). The most recent photo is me in my profile photo. Not sure what my jean size is because my size 12 (American size 8) are WAY too big for me. Once I buy a new pair, I shall report back!

Can't wait until I get my hands on Halo 4, been waiting for it for AGES! Probably the only game I am looking forward to this year lol

UK here (London specifically!) Add me :)

Buy some cheap low-fat salad dressings. Buy salad. Buy some meat in bulk (cheap meat). Freeze a bunch and defrost whatever you are going to use that day earlier in the morning whenever you wake up. I find venison sausages here (from marks and spencer) are fairly cheap (12 for £5), and eggs. Eat your eggs! Buy some low-fat…

What type of fries? How big was the portion? How were they cooked?

Bump!

Bananas are amazing! I've just started eating them again, and I love love love them! Plus yay potassium and good calories!

It's the opposite for me: my family are all vegetarian (they're Hindus) and I am an Atheist non-vegetarian, and have been for a fair few years. They'd always mock me, or look at disgust at what I was eating. If they make comments, I tell them to mind their business and let me eat what I want to eat and they can eat what…

The weight only jumps back quickly if you introduce carbs too fast and if you have been on it for a long period of time. I've started to get off it, recently reintroduced carbs back into my diet, haven't gained water weight and I'm slowly getting back to my 'normal' levels pre-keto over a period of WEEKS. It takes time. I…

Look hot in a bikini!

Honestly, I thought it was overhyped. I didn't lose any weight, just fluctuated between 56 and 54kg constantly and felt disgustingly tired, not to mention I was struggling with weights at the gym. Then again I don't have a lot to lose so it wasn't helping me. But if you are that keen on going on it - Simply cut down the…

Also, would it make a difference that I have only been on it for 4 weeks? Surely it would be easier to transition if I've only been doing it for a short period of time compared to people who have done it for months?

So I should be hitting 1700 calories a day, and I'm hitting about 1600 more or less so I think I am on the right tracks :)

What's the definition of a small deficit? I'm planning on keeping my caloric intake at about 1400-1600 even with carbs, currently my deficit is between 400-700 (depending on whether I have done exercise today, how much I've eaten, etc).
