Wears gloves whilst lifting.
-
Hell no. I go to the gym to work out hard, to sweat my balls off. Not to look pretty.

I come from a South Indian background. I consider the whole elders thing to be horse ****. If someone is wrong, I will call them out on it. I don't really care these days.

Pizza Express! Or take a lunch box with you, eat it in the park, take him to pizza hut and let him go nuts whilst you have a bit of salad or something :)

Sea air :)

Do your meals have a lot of salt in them? It could be causing water retention.

I got mine last Thursday. I know it isn't long compared to some others here but I've not gained anything. In fact I've lost weight (just because I've been extra cautious with diet etc until I'm given all clear to exercise).

My fiancé doesn't like laying his head on my chest now because it's getting 'too bony'.

I'm on keto at the moment. I enjoy it because it's a nice change of pace. But I won't be on it forever. WIll be slowly reintroducing carbs once I've hit my halfway point.

I find this slightly insulting. I spend 40 minutes cycling to and from the gym 5-6 days a week, and the way to the gym involves a huge number of hills. Let me tell you, being in a car going up a hill is NOT the same thing as actually cycling up a hill. Not sure if troll or what?

5'4'', currently 137.5lbs, goal weight is 110lbs. Eating about 1500-1700 calories a day. Work out 6 days a week (weights and cardio). But I'm on keto though, so things might be different.

South London! Feel free to add me folks!

Initially for strength. But I found powerlifting too stressful for me, in many ways. Now doing it for physique :)
-
At least 1800-2200 a day. Add me if you want :)

Nice eyes! :)

I don't know any athlete who eats 900 calories a day. I'm competing in powerlifting and make it a point to eat at LEAST 2000 calories a day. I train for 2.5-3 hours each session at least, 4-5 days a week. Most athletes eat a crapton of food. My fiancé was eating 6000 calories when he was training for powerlifting world…

resting heart rate normally is 60-70 (depending). Heart rate during exercise is 100-160 (again, depending). I measure it by taking my pulse directly after a set for 10 seconds, then multiplying it by 6 to get bpm.

Howdy! I'm 21 (going to be 22 this year), currently trying to lose some body fat but it's not too big a deal. Main goal is to compete this year in a meet for the first time ever, see how that goes! Quite excited. Add me if you want :)

I was on depo for 3 months, and it was ****. Gained 20lbs in that time... BUT I know why. It shot my appetite up (I ate more than the men in the family I was with) plus I was absolutely sedentary (didn't do any exercise aside from walking, and not a lot then) because I was tired all the time. I think the changes (in most…

Go to bed early, set an alarm for the time you want to wake up at (for me, 6am). I tell myself I have no reason to need any more sleep and progress won't be made if I'm not in the gym! It's become a habit for me though now.

If I walk backwards I'll lose my gains. That's how it works, right? #builtlikeatank

I would walk to the post office and deliver them, but if I walk any more I'll rip the last pair of trousers I have which I haven't ripped from my insane quads and hamstrings. I'll have to end up walking around like a naked bulky huge beast :( #swoleproblems

I walk at least an hour a day. My legs are now the size of Ronnie Coleman's. I also accidentally held some 2kg dumbbells and now my arms are 16''. :( #bulkwhilstwalking #womenwholiftarebulkyburlymonsterswhoshouldbelockedup #****squatsandbench
