I just started today! I like it, but it didn't log distance, speed, pace, or calories, even though it has room for that information to be displayed. Does it log that stuff for you?

Congrats, that's awesome! Yesterday mine said "if every day were like today, you would weight 150.5" and I was like, heck yes. So I marked it on my calendar as a mini goal. :) End of February.

Drink a lot of water and have a snack. Somebody more experienced can probably suggest exactly what *kind* of snack you should be looking for, but... maybe a big salad, because you can eat a LOT of veggies for fairly few calories? Or a shake?

I just downloaded Zombies, Run! I want to start it Monday, Tuesday at the latest. So far I've been using the elliptical 3-4 times/week and walking for around an hour on weekdays so I'm hoping it wont kick my butt -too- hard to start. ;)

Track as accurately as you can! They're totally right, fruit especially adds up. I'm 5'3" and I'm going to assess how I feel once I get to 140. I honestly can't imagine being smaller than 125 ever. I'm guessing my happy, healthy weight to be a fit 130-something but honestly, I've been in the high 150's/low 160's my entire adult life so I have no concrete idea as of yet.

Thanks for the warning. I had a candle in a big glass jar that actually cracked the glass when it got close to empty! Little glass shards everywhere... I've switched to using liquid Stevia in my tea, which tastes really great, and I'm trying to adjust to using it in my coffee. Some people LOVE it in their coffee but it tastes just a little off to me, personally. Sometimes I use almond milk in my coffee.
