I want to be all ya'll's friend! I'm 5'0 and at my heaviest I was 178. I got down to 112 and was able to maintain at 125 for almost 6 months. I recently gained about 20 pounds. I'm at 143.5 right now. Nothing seems to be working! I need motivation & support :)

Ahh thank you! Last year I was so stressed i dropped 20 pounds without stepping foot in a gym and eating frozen pizza every night. This year seems to be the opposite. I've cut out alcohol at this point. I'm only trying to eat 1,100 calories and I do eat some of the calories I "gain" back from exercising, but I'm thinking…
