Ok I did Scooby and i got: BMR: 1482 TDEE: 2298 Goal with -15%: 1953 So I should be eating 1953? I workout 6 days a week: 3 days lifting, 2 cardio amd one day of yoga. I make mini goals thru the week like watch my sodium intake and carbs, water water water, and exercising at least 3x a week for 30 minutes each. I've even started where I want to get up to 10 push ups by Friday. My big goal as of now is to be below 200 by Christmas.
