You look great! Always keeps me pushing to my goal to see others have reached thiers! WTG!

I agree about the concept of it. and of course it would be an opt in sort of deal to get someone started, but the fact of the matter is, if someone is going to be lazy and procrastinate, they will do so whether the forums are open or not. Still I think it would be a good motivator for someone who is willing to have it as a…

I like mine boringly over easy with some sort of toast. I make them sunnyside up swimming in hot sauce for the hubby. and my kids like scrabbled with any cheese or bacon/bologne mixed in!

I hear ya! i am a 2 minute walk from timmies and kfc and DQ and and mcD's and taco bell.... I just avoid like the plague.... they are much less of a trigger now since I'd much rather have one of my own home made super scrumptious ceasar salads ! You will start to stop craving them after a while! good luck! oh and get an…

My man is pretty positive about it! He loves to tell me how great I look now, and where he has noticed me slimming out. I think my confidence and enjoyment of being active has rubbed off on him becuase he signed up for a baseball league and he just has the hugest grin on his face after every game! We are both very…

I use a tracker (endomondo) on my phone. it logs my distance and then gives me the pace I ran the distance in. When I plug it in, the calories burned are pretty consistant with all the programs I have used....

I had a rough weekend as well.....(which I normally do) but I included lots of ball watching (hubby has a tourny) with lots of beer, and lots of greasy foods. I think i was reasonable in my portions, but wednesday will be make or break day! I generally lose my weight during weekdays and maintain on weekends, so lets hope…

sweet/milk chocolate makes me just want to binge. I don't think it would ever be possible for me to eat too much. I know this. so the only chocolate allowed in my house is 85%. its basically bakers chocolate. and not good. so when I crave chocolate I have some of it, and I never have more than a serving!

That is not a coffee.... thats a piece of cake in coffee form. Just have a normal coffee. Fits into my day just fine :)

before I got pregnant with my son, I was in a bootcamp, and my awesome trainer made us do sumo lunges/side steps..... I couldn't sit down for days, and it physically hurt my legs to sit on the toilet.... probably lasted about 3 days

You look great! how tall are u?

tomatoes, onions, peppers of any kind, mushrooms, avocado.... soggy bread.... (who can eat a prepackaged sandwich?) teens that wear skinny jeans but down around their thighs, and then proceed to walk like they just *kitten* their pants so their pants don't fall down. and i can not stand to listen to Christopher Walken...…

Basically just going to be running and zig zaging my calories (sometimes not so purposefully) I run 3 days a week and spend the other 4 doing things outside with my 3 year old. (slow walks and playing at the park)
-
every one of those ways ring true with me. Some I have overcome, some I am still working on! Great post!
-
zig zagging your calories is not having the same number of calories every day you have one day of high followed by two of low (but still never under 1200) You end up taking in the same number of calories for the week, but your body doesn't get used to a certain amount.
-
I do this tooo.. some days more intentionally then others. It think it works wonders for my milk supply since I am nurseing my 4 month old as well. The best part is that when I have a bad day, or give into a craving. I just switch thtat day for a low the next and it all evens out :)
-
It will never put you under 1200/day... and if you want to eat more, you just need to earn it by moving your butt more :)

One year for x-mas, my dad got me a brush set. I had dreadlocks at the time. You might think it was a hint he didn't like my hair. Nope. It was just that long since he had seen me....

Great job! You look a-ma-zing!

It wasn't really a huge "I hate this, lets change" sort of turning point. I had just had my second son and finally being able to nurse him I knew I should take advantage and watch what I eat so he can literally suck the fat off my *kitten*... I had gone from 234 the day before I had him to 200 in 3 weeks... and I wanted to…

Great job! keep it up! I can tell the difference!

I very rarely wear much make up. I sweat a lot from my face, even from very little activity. I basically wear a light shimmer all over my eyes and water proof mascara. I have freckles, and sometimes a break out. I love my skin though, and how it compliments my green eyes. The hubby loves that I always look the same......

London, Ontario! Hey!

I fell of the wagon two weekends ago and gained 4 pounds. I just got back to the previous weight this am.

WOW! what a difference!

I spend a lot of time with this laptop on my lap to keep my fingers busy.... and I drink water like its my job! But sometimes I feel the need to snack. I log everything BEFORE I eat it.... so I can usually talk myself out of it when I see the calories allowed number shrinking...
