i lost 20 lbs breastfeeding my son and eating 1500 calories. then i had to exercise to keep losing. Good luck! Exercise is great for you, not just for losing weight.

I have a almost 4 year old and 9 month old! when the weather was nicer and daylight lasted longer, I would leave them with their dad in the evenings and go for a run. now that its colder out, I will be refocusing on weight training. I won't waste money on a gym membership, so my exercise has to happen in my small living…

awesome advice thanks! My first race will be in a provincial park this fall.(yay Canadian parks!) I can't wait to see the scenery of the leaves changing, and hearing the race sounds mixed with nature! still deciding on 5 or 10 k :)

ebay also has great stuff as well... but of course it is used. never buy new on ebay because generally its cheaper in store! I love Lulu, but its my splurge.... I can't justify spending the money on it all the time, but I do reward my weight loss with it sometimes!

I found when I had my calorie goal low that I had a hard time losing weight. Now that I am eating more (1400 calorie goal) I find its much easier to lose weight.
