In my continuing quest to be the most boring person on the planet, I just eat our popcorn plain. When we did try to add some butter, it just made the popcorn soggy, so it wasn't worth it. I thought about getting some of those popcorn shakers, but figured they'd just wind up sitting in the cabinet unopened.

I can't speak for anyone else, but when I don't log it's got nothing to do with anything I have or haven't eaten and everything to do with how busy I am. SB, I thought the amount of calories it credited me for my run yesterday seemed really high too, but I've never been very good at estimating that sort of thing. I'm going to just try to keep an eye on my food and the exercise will just be a bonus.

I'm also starting on 11/28! I've read through the book once and I'm now re-reading to make sure that I understand what I'm supposed to be doing. I'm sure that I'll be very sore next week, but I am excited to add in some strength training to the cardio that I have been doing.

I have a really old scale that shows pounds, but not tenths of pounds. Once I get some extra cash, I'll spend the money and buy a better one, but for now the one I have is good enough. So far, I've resisted DS's birthday "Too Much Chocolate Cake" but he keeps asking me if I want a piece, so we'll see how long that lasts!
