YES for me, over eating and caffiene makes it so much worse exercise helps! a walk every day makes my brain feel less muddled :)

I know that I eat so much more at the weekends (parties, birthday celebrations, eating out! etc) so I've started doing more exercise on Saturdays and Sundays, too.
