Do what you want and not what some rand-ars on the internet think is best. I love paleo, but you gotta want it to stick to it.

I've always been small, so this isn't weight loss related, but I'm getting larger ones in March! If it's something you think would make you happy, GO FOR IT!!

If you want to go for a lower sugar fruit, then swap for berries
-
just give it time

OMG Lululemon. WOW. I love it. Slowly refusing to work out in anything else.

Honestly, you were probably extremely dehydrated that one time you weighed yourself at the low weight and your scale may have been on an uneven surface as well. The "heavier" weight that the scale currently shows is probably your true weight. Good job maintaining it!

3 wide-grip, 6 chin-up grip. Working on getting those up.

CAMILLE LEBLANC-BAZINET. Interestingly enough, she and I have almost the same exact body. (Except in recent years her upper body has become much more developed than mine...) She can do muscle-ups like a champ!

both! :)

a barbell!! :) oooh and a stationary rower... best thing ever :)

Here's what you need to do: bacon & eggs with a serving of fruit. BOOM.

I always wanted to find a guy to sit on me for donkey calf raises... Such an awkward exercise, but it looks like so much fun. Would break the boredom of stupid calf exercises.

Leg pressing more than your body weight? Okay.... Just FYI: That's not very much haha. I leg press 4 times my body weight. Revisit the post about deadlifting twice your body weight. Or squatting 1.5 times your body weight.

OMGOMGOMG- Macadamia, Almond, Cranberry, and Crystallized Ginger trek mix! It's the best of all the rest.

You should be fine as long as it isn't Planet Fitness.

this is cool!
-
yes you can. you just have to be willing to have surgery, which is a great option for women after losing weight.

Matt_Wild-- Do you feel sick after eating so much? How do you work up to that sort of caloric intake? I eat about 2200 calories and feel so full. (Granted, I'm smaller than you, but still.)

waiting for Juli Bauer's cookbook in April! but for now... paleOMG.com :)

No help here- I think brown, white, yellow, red, purple, green, and all other colors of rice are disgusting.

This may be weird/non-standard advice, but in my opinion there's really nothing better than functional movements. Squats, deadlifts, cleans, jerks, presses, snatches, etc. Mix that with some quality body weight stuff- pullups, pushups, etc. and some high intensity cardio- box jumps, sprints, jumprope, etc. It's fun. You'll…

Probably not low calorie, but paleo: Juli from paleOMG.com is posting Thanksgiving recipes all week. All her food rocks. But again, probably not low cal. It's hungry caveperson food ;)

The OP probably shouldn't start off with back squats. As a previous post suggested, I would recommend strengthening the muscles around the knees before starting back squats. Lifts like squats, deadlifts, and any oly move are pretty rough for the knees. If the OP truly does have knee problems, then machines like the leg…

sugar is worse.

That's really bizarre advice...

Just eat things that don't require bread. Why do you need it? No bread day: Breakfast: eggs, avocado, an apple, coffee with coconut milk or coconut cream Lunch: chicken, sweet potato, broccoli Snack: nuts and jerky Dinner: steak, spinach Dessert: berries with coconut milk DONE. Miss bread? I don't.

Lift 3-4x per week. High intensity cardio 3-4x per week. Obviously you can do both of the same day.
-
PALEO! :)

What about your athletic performance? Food choice definitely has an impact there.
