I eased up on my diet, which is ok because I started it really strict to get me going AND I added exercise! I was doing just cardio but just started PUMPING IRON as well because I'm a Real Man Forever. I weighed myself today and I only have 18.2lbs to go before I reach my goal! Almost halfway there!!
