We also have a busy weekend. Two daughters playing basketball in 2 different places, each 1-1.5 hours away in two different directions. I have a garmin venu and love it. I've used it for lap swimming. I'm pretty sure you can set the pool length. The only thing I wish it would do is an open water swim. The more expensive garmins do that.

Weigh in - 178.7. Not a big loss, but after last month, I think I'm starting to slow down. Sunday Logged - yes Under - yes Exercise Cross country skiing. We went for 1h45. Did 13 km of rolling hills. Snow was lightly falling. It was beautiful .

Saturday Logged - yes Under - yes Exercise - we were out of town for my daughter's bball, but I did a quick run in the morning, and then logged lots of steps by getting up at every break and walking the hallways.

I'm Karen. This is my second month doing this challenge. I was really happy with my results in January. My goal for February is to work more on strength training. I've started a program on peloton and planning to stick with it for 6 weeks. @loseit3136 I'm also a teacher and feel your pain!
