I do. I try to work off the extra calories but when im too tired i sleep and try to burn off more calories the following day. I have cheat days btw.

Somedays i do feel guilty, but ive never gone to 1000 cal excess. The most calorie excess i got was when i was craving for carbs on the day when my muscles became sore (a day after doing some strength exercises) I also follow the zigzag/ cycle method where i give myself 1 day to have an excess calorie intake.

from a size 22 (2007-half of 2008) to 18 in 2008 till 2011, now Im in between an 18-16...but most of 16 fit now, 18s are starting to fall down, hurray!:D

seems like im not the only one with boob concerns...at my top weight i was a 40C, now a 38C/36D... i just hope my Ccup wont turn to an A when i reach my goal hahahah.

mine is routine, but i try to have variations too and try to add strength training everyonce in a while or when i feel like it. For now my cardio is mostly walking and swimming (if i can)

ok, how can they not notice when we ourselves can? Looking at your photo you really have lost alot of weight and you look great. Maybe those people just didnt care or dont know you well enough, so dont pay attention to them. Your before and after shows the results and you did a great job of loosing the pounds.

weight training does not include the calories burned coz the amount of calories burned depends on your weight as well as the repetitions.
