I believe you are referencing Alli.... As a person that has tried MANY different methods of loosing weight...I think the support from this page is correct. You cannot put a price on health. It seems like studies are always coming back years later that tell of horror stories from doing things...I think you are right to take…

I would love to join the group. My starting weight is 197. I am going to start running and being active to loose the weight. Currently, I am on an Atkins style diet. I am pre-diabetic so monitoring my blood sugar while eating lean meats and veggies has been successful. Here we go - I will weigh in on Friday!
