I just finished Day 3 of level 2 of the 30 DS. It is getting easier, but level 2 is making me SORE!! I just bought the Killer Buns and Thighs and Killer abs and am going to try them when I finish 30 DS. I also work out at the gym (Jogging and Elliptical) for about 45 minutes to an hour 6 days a week.

Well most of the 8 lbs is probably water weight, but if you did not track for a few days and ate whatever I am sure that would make the scale go up as well. Drink lost of water and try to stay away from the salt for a couple of days and then see what the scale says.

Are you able to do the stationary bike at very low resistance? If so, I would do that and upper body weights, and crunches.

I have the same problem with boots. My calves at 18 inches. What have you been doing to get your calves smaller?
