It's important to choose the same weigh in date every week or every other week. Example: every Sunday. Weigh in at the same time, or as close to the same time each time. What you are attempting to do is to create the same situation/environment each & every time to help avoid discrepencies. So you want to emulate everything…

I buy Truvia which is made with Stevia....it's natural...tastes great...looks like regular granulated sugar. It's pretty potent to so not much is required....:) I don't use it often because I still try to stick to adding more natural sweetners that come from fresh fruits :)

Don't forget the reduction in your daily caloric intake....that PLUS your workouts....even if you don't lose a pound a week, your average may be a pound a week. Like Venus suggested, increasing your workout duration will definately increase your caloric burn as well as increasing the number of times you workout. :) Good…

try complex carbs: barley & brown rices are a great start. I agree with everyone else: PROTEIN. As a former carb junky, I now tend to lean more towards proteins. And almonds & walnuts are a great way to ward of the munchies if you need a quick lil snack. Which meal are you looking at adding more carbs to?

Please feel free to add me....I love love food!! I've recently (re)discovered EATing CLEAN....it's a great way to eat & there are so many food varieties. Essentially this diet consists of eating foods in their most natural state. Definately take advantage of your veggies. I don't buy all the same veggies in the same week.…

Plain almonds & walnuts are the best way to go if you are looking at adding a "nutty" variety to your menu. I read some where, I foreget exactly where...thinkin' OXYGEN or some other health magazine, but anyways, 23 almonds a days is good for belly fat. Don't know how they came up with that number. I put a few nuts in my…

I really hope not to ruffle any additional feathers towards a topic that obviously many are quite passionate about. Dare I venture to say that if one already knows that carbs can cause an increase in blood sugars & its probably best NOT to follow the doctor's orders than why follow them? I would merely suggest "LISTENING"…

I suggest looking forward to the present, here & now. Yesterday is gone so can't do much about it. You already over ate & have admitted it. Place your focus on your goals & how you intend to reach those. Perhaps set up mini goals for yourself: reachable & attainable ones. Most importantly is NOT TO GIVE UP!! The journey…
