I began the 30 Day Shred on June 1, 2012. I'm now on my 5th day of level 2. I have not lost any pounds but I some inches. I was able to purchase a smaller size dress last night and my clothes are fitting differently. It's a really good workout.

I'm normally in the gym by 5:30 a.m. and head to work afterwards. I am full of energy, in a good mood and I eat less.

I have a number of her DVD's and some of her VHS. They have really come in handy since I injured my knee and have not been in the gym. Her workouts are excellent. Just take your time and do what you can, you will be able to build yourself up over time.
