You can do it, Iv done 3 beast this year a super and a sprint so far. I still have a double beast weekend at the Texas Beast. Its more mental than physical and pushing yourself past your limits. Aroo!!

this is coming from a 300 lb man, iv done a lot of 5-10k mud runs and the half marathon spartan beast. Its all about endurance, I can ride 100 miles on my bike but i have conditioned my body to be able to go that long. Last weekend was the cowtown marathon the half had a limit of 4.5 hrs which = 2.9 mph just to give you an…

Iv recently changed to a pescatarian i find that my energy levels have skyrocketed. I even stopped drinking monsters and any type of soda. Im giving it 3 months but i think i may stay this way for a long time. Im really enjoying eating natural foods. I don't know about the reverse of going back to meat but i am interested…

I just got one also, but im using it for good not evil. I am using it as a way to get a lot more vegetables and fruit into my body and less toxic foods. Im not fasting by juicing though...i love my food too much that.

www.Spartanrace.com to look for the 2013 events. They have a 4/8/13 mile races. also there are alot of great support groups on FB you can join. We all put Team TX on our face so we would know who everyone was at the race.

Ice Cold Tea with Honey has helped me alot. I use to be a Dr. Pepper junkie now i keep tea on hand at work and at home when i dont want just water.
