I've lost 150lbs! :) I still have 20 more lbs that I would like to get rid of but I remind myself sometimes daily that I should be proud of what I have accomplished so far and to be patient with the rest :) One piece of advice... celebrate every loss! There is no such thing as "not enough" as long as you're giving 100%!

When I started my journey I was at a high of 350 and I'm down to 197 now... also have loose skin that I'm not sure will ever go back to where it should be LOL But I did it slow, took a yr and 10 months and with working out etc so it's not as bad as it could be :) You give me a lot of hope…

I've found cardio was key to my weight loss... started at a high of 350 and down to 197 now. I do 45mins of cardio 5 days a week and strength train 3 days.

I agree... I almost think that the default should be shared w/your friends like the rest of the defaults for your profile... cause yeah... especially to new users they may not know about that setting
