I try to workout at home. I have an elliptical and I've gone walk/jogging 3 times. I'll set a goal, jog to this point and walk to this point. The jogging distance has gotten longer but the past week I've noticed I'd rather just go lay down then exercise. I have my son for most of the evening by myself.
