5'8 SW: 230 CW: 197 GW: 170 or 163 My goal weight is questionable because I have a curvy figure and i don't want to be "skinny". Once i get to a point where I feel comfortable, I'll stop trying to lose and start maintaining. I'm not concerned about the numbers per say, but more so how i feel when i look in the mirror.

I hear that once a week is optimal due to the fact that our weight fluctuates daily. I weigh myself far too frequently, but i try to limit myself to 3x a week max.

Thanks for the suggestions!! I'll definitely limit the amount I drink in the evenings. @ Goose28in, I increased my intake about 4 weeks ago. I know this is supposed to happen in the beginning,i just assumed it would cease after a while.
