it depends on your height, age, weight, and activity level, I suggest you eat healthy and get close to it. See how that goes for a couple of weeks if your doing well then keep it up. If your not doing well, then drop down to 1500. and see how that goes..... but most important get moving. Good luck. : )

I weigh myself everyday... But I DONT let myself get upset when it doesnt move or it goes up a .5 pound. I look everyday but focuse on the sevend day results the most..... when your working so hard its difficult to not want to see... : ) good luck

I have the same issue. So I have to agree. I will still weigh myself daily in the morning. But I dont let the small flucuations bother me.. Pay more attention to how your cloths are fitting and how you feel. Find a pair of shorts or something that is just a little snug and pay more attention to getting into those. So dont…
