I'm a couple of hours away in western MD, but still, welcome!! Hang in there, stay consistent, and utilize all of the tools, and you'll be at your goal in no time!!

Great! Keep up the good work!

Let me just say, hang in there! My body is so weird with exercise. Sometimes, I work out hard and I notice nothing, but a week or two later, it catches up! Finish it out, then wait a few days and see what happens! I say if you have gotten to day 15, that already deserves kudos!! Keep on truckin!

I don't know what the technical and factual answer is to that, but I know w/ me, if I weight in after it, I've seen it drop 3-4 lbs. I guess it could never hurt to wait a few days. Just in case water weight comes into play.

Gorgeous! Keep it up :)

WTG! What a transition. Amazing and inspirational. Stay on that wagon, and keep up the good work!

That is great!! The difference b/w the first pic and the last is tremendous. Keep up the good work! I can't wait to see the 140s. I started at the low 170s.

Rock on! Enjoy! I love your rewards! After I lost about 10-12 pounds, I treated myself to a rib tattoo. It hurt, but it was so worth it ;) Hang in there and keep focusing on those goals!!

Keep it up! It's great when you yourself can see what everyone's talking about ;)

Good luck with your target weight! After a few popular diets and attempting it on my own, I have found that this place, and good ol' calorie counting to be great. This place is a great tool, and you'd be surprised how much seeing successful people in your feed motivate you. It keeps you on the wagon, for sure  I've…

Pizza is my ultimate weakness. One time, I had an ultra light lunch and that was all I had to eat for the day. I ordered a Domino's medium thin crust w/ just cheese and ate the whole thing!! I only ended up going a few over my calories b/c I think the whole medium pizza was about 1320 calories. Probably not the best way to…

There were two weeks where I didn't see the scale move, and it was truly frustrating. I just kept doing what I was doing, and it just started coming off again the week after. I guess it was a temporary plateau. I did not really increase my exercise (maybe just ran at a faster pace), and during that weight loss week, I was…

Thx! I'm a pizza fiend!

Amazing! Way to go!

I have the DVD and started this week. I'd LOVE to join b/c I've only done it once! It put a hurting on me so bad that I haven't been able to walk in two days. LOL. What I'm saying is it works!!!

Best of luck! I am pursuing my first half marathon in September! I'm sure you'll feel great post race!

What motivates me is seeing other people logging in frequently on my feed. It seems the ones that are, are the ones having consistent success.

Congrats! That is great :-)

That can work well. Since I work out, I forget that muscle weighs more than fat. So, when I don't see the scale move, even after being such a stickler to the diet, I get frustrated. I started taking mobile pics, and I save them with the date. It helps to see the difference every ten pounds. I've done this in the past, and…

I know in our Safeway and Giant stores, there are plenty of them in the frozen section. Usually in the corner where they stick the vegetarian/vegan type stuff that would be sort of hard to find.

Thanks for the tip! I just ordered mine from Amazon. It was only 35 bucks, and it ships free. The only drawback is that it was on backorder, but after reading the reviews, I figured it'd be worth the wait :)

Kudos, on many levels!

That is great!
