Awesome! You are at my goal, and about the same height as me. Keep it up!!

I pullled off about 20 pounds with similar weights as your's! It is a HUGE deal. Mainly b/c when you are in the range, it is SO hard to get it off! Good job, and keep your eye on the prize!

Exercise some prior? If I'm not drinking alcohol, I try to load up on pretzels and water, lol. I guess if it's going to be snack/finger foods, pretzels are better than some. Plus, they seem to fill me up a little. Like they said above, one day of fun is always ok, it's the Superbowl ;)

Good luck!!

Kudos! A whole new person! :drinker:

I did South Beach a few years ago. I had to change everything I loved to eat around so much, that I fell off of the wagon rather quickly. Moreso than with MFP, and Weight Watchers. However, I did lose a lot of weight, and fast! The only bad thing was, when I wanted to try to introduce some carb-ful foods back in, I gained…

After 10 pounds, I got a rib tattoo. I just lost 20, so I haven't decided on a reward just yet. Soon though! I have to think of more for my 30th, and my 40th! Maybe even make a note to have rewards in increments of 5 lbs after this 20!

Congrats!!

I'm a spicy food fanatic, so thanks!!

We all have different goals, but the same feelings. Before MFP, I had reached a weight I had never reached before. I didn't even realize how much I'd gained until I started losing. Ten pounds came off, I felt great, but the pictures still made my eyes pop out of my head. Then, another ten came off. After a 20 lb loss, I…

I did WW online, for about 16-ish bucks a month? After a down payment. Something like that. The point system is based on calories, fat, and fiber. I did it twice and had some results; moreso the first time. They have a community area like MFP, but I have found MFP's to be more effective. So far, I still choose this over…
