Hi I'm Jamie, and I need all the help I can get. I'm at the largest Ive been and its really starting to effect my work and personal life. Currently a size 18 and 227 lbs. I have a bad habit of emotional eatting but working hard to change that. I'm open to all advice and look forward to bringing sexy back!
