I highly recommend Couch to 5k if you haven't tried running before. It's a (3 day a week) 9 week program to get you running a 5K. I just finished Week8 Day2-- running 2.75 miles without walking. I've lost 16 lbs. since January 12 doing C25K every other day. On the "off days" I either walk, do yoga, or do 30-Day Shred. I rest once a week. I haven't cheated on my diet, either, and in all honesty I think that's the reason for the weight loss. I'm doing Week 7 Day 3 tomorrow. Best of luck to you!

Yum! You can make it even healthier by omitting the oil and bread crumbs. Totally not needed. I also add chopped jalapeno peppers to mine. I ADORE turkey burgers.

Unfortunately, I don't think it's too accurate. That's why I never eat back all of my exercise calories. I try to eat back 100 at the most to leave some leeway for the excess calories mfp "gives" me.

Frozen berries mixed in before you cook your oatmeal add a nice amount of sweetness, too. To "acquire" a taste for oatmeal (I used to HATE it), I used to add not-so-much water and make it the consistency of oatmeal cookie dough. I also added Splenda, but after a time didn't even need it.
