If your a yogurt eater switch to low fat instead of no fat, include almonds and other healthy nuts in as a snack, but be sure to avoid the salted ones. Adding a healthy snack is the best way to up your intake instead of grabbing a cheese burger instead of a tuna sandwich. :wink:

Love the WW fudge bars, Special K chocolate pretzel bars and a ice cold fruit smoothie with mixed berries 1/4 of a banana and non fat yogurt.
