I eat quinoa with some frozen blueberries that I defrost (to make a blueberry sauce that covers the quinoa).

I am GF but I don`t tend to eat many of the GF products. For grains I mainly eat quinoa and rice. I used to eat rice bread but I would rather have eggs for breakfast. What are you having the most trouble replacing.... (sorry my keyboard is having issues and my question mark isn`t working).
