  • Some told me this was true, however it was more along the lines of it burning 0.000002 of a single calorie for every cup, so it's not an effective weight-loss or calorie deductor. However, something like celery is near just fiber, and if you ate ONLY it, you WOULD die of starvation, no matter how much of it you ate.

  • I love avocados! But I do try to slow down, I'm restricting myself from even buying them because I know I just eat and eat and eat them. Its a weakness! But "water down" the dip helps, use tomatoes and salsa, and less avocado if you really want a good dip during a football game.

  • I'm on the 9th day. I know I'm seeing results, more than I believed I would see. I've lost 2-3 pounds and a couple inches on my waist in just this short amount of time, and I know once I finish 30 days, I will do it all again in a heartbeat!
  • Just know that you don't need a DIET to lose weight, you need to change your LIFESTYLE. Its impossible to eat right and exercise and NOT (eventually) lose and maintain a healthy weight and body.
