Today I took the stairs twice at work ( I work on the 9th floor) Took a walk around the block twice after lunch Will work out night for 30 minues - I want to minic roller blading using ankle weights to music

I too would like to join this challenge. I am going on vacation August 6th and I have 6 more lbs to lose....I am eating healthier, I still have some slips in the afternoon at work, but just for today I can do it. Happy 4th of July to All
