i gave up chocolate two years ago and i lost my taste for it since then... last year i gave up white flour but that didnt last long... this year I dont know... I'm not catholic, but i like the idea of lent and doing without for a little while.

i told it 3-5 hours of moderate activity a week because i work out about 30min sun/tues/thurs/sat (2 hours) and 1hr mon/wed/tues (3 hours) which makes 5 hours of moderate exercise (not sure what moderate is... heart rate ranges 130-170 for each exercise) i didnt bump it higher for work because some days i might work harder…

so eat 1500 a month and also my exercise calories? im just worried that continuing to eat below my actual bmr would hurt more than help

Did 30DS even though i cant breathe due to terrible cold! Made myself a salad and ate more of that than my sick-day-comfort-food Hung out with my little brother and had some much needed brother-sister time

MFP circuit training said i burned approx 240 calories.... my heart rate monitor says i burned 130. be very careful

I finished it even though im crazy sick and can hardly breathe at all!!! Push ups killed me, i ended up planking the second set :-/ I'm happy i did it and didnt make excuses like i always do. burned 130 cals according to my HRM and i took measurements and weighed in yesterday :) excited to see results! feel free to add me…

i just lowered my carb macro yesterday and i ate what i thought were healthy choices.... but i went over my carb goal by almost double! tomorrow i am going to try again, but with more veggies instead of fruit this time hahaha

i broil half a peach, then add enough greek yogurt to fill the pit and then drizzle agave nectar and sometimes chopped nuts or granola. yummm

My husband doesnt want me hiking alone because of an incident with a missing hiker that we knew... i am really new to hiking and i dont really carry "essentials" except a bottle of water and my cellphone... what should i be bringing for short hikes??
