Hi - I'm on day 3 of the 30 Day Shred (Jillian Michael DVD) - it's dirt cheap on Amazon (even if you're in the UK like me) - and if pain is gain, I think this is already working.... Trust me, the way I hurt today, this will get rid of the fat from the skinny in no time

My first day today too!!! Wasn't feeling great this morning, but thought I'd have a go anyway - had to stop in the middle of the second circuit as I felt nauseous.... Was feeling a bit better this evening, so thought I'd have a second attempt. I was still feeling a bit nervous after this morning, so I skipped from Warm Up…

I'm 5'5 and started at 193 currently at 177 with an aim of somewhere between 150 - 154. I never went below that in my twenties, and though I could go probably go lower I have a fear of ending up with my 38GGs slumping rather than bobbing :noway:

Due to lack of weight loss this week - I am giving up hope for Lent...;-(

As a Brit not sure what the weather's like where you are at the moment - but if not too cold, nothing beats getting off the treadmill and out into the great outdoors...? My best tip is try some early practice at running the second half of each run quicker than the first half (negative splits if you fancy the tech speak…

Remember - well done you for coming on here and asking for help and support instead of suffering alone. You may have had a bad day, but bad days can always be overcome by refocusing and looking for the positive next day. There's lots of useful advice here and people to support, so you keep on plugging away, and just find…

Great suggestions above - also though may be worth getting some digital scales that measure body fat if you don't already - this may be a better and healthier measure - and show changes a bit quicker than by checking inches lost....

If there's one thing I've learnt over the years - if a man criticises something about you as part of the reason for a break-up, it's 100% sure that he's using it as a way to deflect attention from his own pathetic behaviour. While you're so busy worrying about the issue he's just passed to you, you forget to blame the real…

Don't know if you've ever tried Bravissimo (UK - but they definitely do overseas orders) - they do a range of supportive nightwear for the endowed amongst us - I always used to feel embarrassed not to have a bra with night clothes if others around - but these are fab - sexy and supportive and comfortable enough to sleep…

I used to have a similar problem but I use petroleum jelly (Vaseline in the UK) to coat my feet before putting socks on - and try to get running socks as these often have extra padding protection. Haven't had a blister in more than 6 years now, despite the fact that I started hiking and sometimes walk all day. The numb…
