Challenge 2 done - I did the beginners total body workout. It was nice, and although I was familiar with all the exercises, it was good to have them explained in detail again, to check the form.

CHALLENGE #1: I did the 5k frostbite footrace. I walked (partly and the whole way) to work yesterday and today, which was about 7 km in total. I have 600 stairs so far, and did the balance video once. And so far, one day under my calorie limit. :)

Sorry for not checking in earlier this week! We had our final exam yesterday evening (I am working at a university), so the days before were a bit hectic. I finished all the videos once, I still have to repeat the one I liked best - definitely the 4th! (The second was crazy - I can't even move my arms that fast for one minute, let alone for the whole video!) And I bought some mandarines yesterday. Hi all, just a quick update to let you know that I am still here! I spent the week mostly in bed due to bronchitis, but I hope that I can get up tomorrow. I need to get some groceries and go to the pharmacy. I am sorry, but I don't think I will be able to do all this week's challenges :(

I still have one day of radio taiso and 20 sumo squats to do tomorrow. And stay under my calories fpr the last day. So all in all it looks good that I will make it! And I have beaten the bug and am almost back to normal :)
