Just a quick note to let you know that I am still here! We had a national holiday on Wednesday and it messed up all the other days. I am doing the challenges and counting my stairs, I just didn't have the time to start the computer at home to enter everything in the spreadsheet...

I didn't make it to the gym yesterday, the rest of my goals were okay. Today I am invited at a work-related party in the evening - my goal is to pay attention to what I am eating, but not worry too much and enjoy it.

Yesterday was good, I stayed below the calories (although it was sunday and I was at home the whole day - usually thenI start to snack on unhealthy foods...). Today I want to stay below the calories, drink 9 glasses of water, and walk for 100 minutes.

Hi all! I had a very good day today, first went to a farmer's market and bought fruits and veggies, enough for the next week. Then I had a nice walk afterwards. I am well on my way to staying under calories and drinking 8 glasses of water.

Good morning! I just updeated my weight - it's down again, butr not by much. But a loss is a loss... Today I will - stay below my calories - drink 8 glasses of water/tea - don't by some unhealthy snack for dinner just because I have to work late!
