I'm 20 and a freshman in a uni in the UK. Feel free to add me anyone. :)

I completely cut out all soda 2 weeks ago now, but I suppose I could say that it's for Lent, haha. I would love to try cutting out pasta, as I do love the stuff, but I don't think I'd be able to!

I think some people do notice, but they either feel too awkward to mention it or that it's not their place to say. Then some people don't notice because they just don't pay any attention. It bothered me at first when people didn't say anything, but now it really doesn't. I did this for me, so other people not saying…

I'd say that it's your protein mostly. Needs to be a lot more than that. You need to find what is right for you as far as different foods go, and at what times is best to eat for you. I found that pasta really helps me out (different people, different foods). I'll eat that (low in calories) and not be hungry for 5+ hours.…

I used to drink a lot of soda. At-least 2 liters per day (which really adds up in calories). I stopped drinking them completely a week ago now, and have been drinking water only, nothing else. Was (and is) really hard to do so, but easily worth it. Feeling much better drinking water, and drops over 1000 calories per day…

I understand that it makes the picture pointless. But most people who edit their photos in some way, do it because of confidence issues. Because they're not happy with 'that' part of them.

Stairway to Bacon - Led Zeppelin - Just noticed someone said that already. Hahaa! Smells Like Teen Bacon - Nirvana With a Little Bacon from My Friends - The Beatles

Of recent, 3. Self confidence = 0.

Hello from Essex! (Now wasn't that whole lion thing funny?) :)

Yep, another AMC show. And I'm the same. Everything AMC seems to make is quality. The Walking Dead, Breaking Bad and The Killing are the ones I'm glued to. I've seen a few episodes of Mad Men, but I've been told I need to give it more than 2-3 episodes to really get into it. I can see why people like it so much, but I'm…

I've got anxiety issues mixed with horrible O.C.D, which isn't so much phobias (although the anxiety can be at times). I've luckily never had a phobia phobia. Everyone in my family faints even at the sight of needles, but I've always been fine with them. And my sister will scream and cry when she sees clowns.

I agree with Alcatraz. The first few episodes I was really liking it, then it went down from there. But I enjoyed Flash Forward. Wasn't aware it was based on a book though. I'll look into that, cheers. And The Killing was based around one mystery, but it was done so so well. Real shame it was cancelled.

Lost. Heroes. Scrubs. Friends. Lie to Me (although I never watched the last season). The Killing (was recently cancelled. I mean. Come on!). Awake (again, why!). A Gifted Man (such a decent show too). Pushing Daises. House (my favourite show, easily). Prison Break (but I see why it ended). Flash Forward (only just…

If you can, take the battery out. Put the phone and battery separately in a bag of rice, then leave that bag of rice somewhere warm. It all depends on luck. If the liquid hit just the back and battery, you'll be fine if the battery dries. If it hit the motherboard or any other component, it's possible it will just short…

Absolutely agree with that. I was a yo-yo dieter for so so many years. I decided that I wouldn't give up certain foods I really like, I'd just portion those foods instead, then stick to 'healthy' foods the rest of the way. Haven't yo-yo'ed since.

Bo Burnham. Good taste.

Of-course. I'm 5 ft 10.

Thanks for the suggestions, I was hoping it was just a case of it coming off at the end. Much appreciated. :)

I added you. And anyone else can feel free to add me. Happy to motivate people when it's needed. :)

Mine is the exact same, my stomach has hardly changed a bit. But my legs, arms and face have quite a bit. I'm just thinking that it'll be the last thing to slowly go down with the rest of it. And congrats on the 30 pound loss. :)

Now that is amazing. Congrats. Must be really proud of yourself. :)

I'll invite you, as anyone can me too. Happy to hand out motivation when needed. :)

1. I have quite bad OCD. To the point that its also invaded what I need to do when thinking to myself. This makes me annoyed quickly, and my mind just never quits. 2. I've had the same thing for dinner EVERY night for the last 10+ years. 3. I hardly get more than 5 hours sleep each night, which more than adds to my…

I've had two different rock bottoms. The first, was spread over around 6+ years, were I wanted to lose the weight, but I just didn't. Then I got to the point where I just wanted to have even a small bit of self confidence. Which after a few months fell threw, and went back to my old ways. Then my second was when I found…

I'm 19, and would be happy to add you. :)

I personally can't have a set day for "cheating", as if I do, I'll start to slowly slide downward into bad eating habits again. What I've been doing, is simply eating healthy within my calorie goal each day, and at the end of each day, if I have a large amount of calories left, I'll then decide if I want something that…

My reasons for a closed diary seem to be about the same as most peoples. I log the food I eat for my own sake, not for my friends here. If I need help with a food choice, I ask for it. I don't want people saying to me "You shouldn't have eaten that" or "Eat more of this.." based on my log as everyone makes bad decisions…

Hello there, and welcome to MFP. I'm in the same place as you. I never thought I'd be at 205lbs, but I somehow got there. I'd always struggled with my weight, but it somewhere along the line spun out and got me to 205. I've taken control of that now, and have it slowly coming down, which I couldn't be happier about. Please…
