I've lost 20.8kg (46 pounds). I'd like to lose another 10kg (23 pounds). So I'm over 2/3rds there!

That'd make sense come to think of it! Before I checked on it, I thought it was just part of the cake, and the customer knew/was warned what parts weren't edible. I mean, on Cake Boss, there were constantly cakes that were so large, they'd need scaffolding-type structures inside the cakes to make sure they didn't fall…

I wondered because of the same thing! Housemate used to have them on all the time, and I wondered if they actually ate the pieces that looked decorative.

Yeah, you can eat that! Fondant is just edible icing.

Yep! I'm just outside of London. Feel free to add me. :)

I'm down ~25 at the moment, and I'd like to lose 40 more. I haven't really given myself a time-frame/goal, though. Just keeping within calorie goals and tracking everything! Add me if you'd like, one and all. :)

Easily at-least 100 times. Sometimes it wouldn't even be as long as 2 days. I've put everything I have into it this time. I know that if I want to progress both physically and mentally, I need to put all I have into changing lifestyles. I agree with this, though. It's very simple, really. Just eating less (and better) as…

I'm 23, 5'10" and 214 lbs. MFP sets my calorie goal to 2030. I normally eat ~1400, and burn ~250 from exercise every day. If I'm ever hungry (which hasn't happened as of yet), I know I have some space I can use to have something to eat.

Looking for new friends, too! I'm 23, been going strong for just over 2 months now! Feel free to add! :)

Many people with serve weight problems also have depression. So there's 4 outcomes from being fat shamed: 1) They're able to overcome their problems and lose the weight. 2) It doesn't affect them. 3) The shaming makes their depression even worse, likely causing them to stay at or gain more weight. 4) They commit suicide…

Yep, please add me too! Let's do this! :)

Hi! I just sent a friend request. I'm more or less in the same place as you are. I lost 22 kilogram, but life happened and I started going back to old ways. Its been around a year now, and I'm more motivated than ever to really do this. Only on my second day now, but I've had no issues so far!

As a fellow nerd & geek, I've added you. :)

It's sometimes harder to see inches lost yourself, as you're always able to check for differences. Even when measuring yourself, it can be wrong by water weight and when you last ate/drank. Just keep doing what you're doing and it will show for it. :)

I'm 20 and just finished my first year in uni, about to go to my second now! Feel free to add me, anyone! :)

Whose Line is it Anyway is back now, in-case you didn't know. Just as funny as it used to be!

I'll be sure to make note on when it happens. It's normally fine when I wake up in the morning, and gets worse and worse as the hours go by, which would fit with it being after I've eaten. Thank you. I looked about, and as TinyChestnut said, I've not had any of those issues. Thank you for trying to help though.

When people aren't straight with me, especially when I ask a question like "now tell me your honest opinion...".

Same thing's happening to me (although you don't look like you need to lose weight by your profile picture). I'm 5'10, was 210 pounds and now I'm 162 pounds. Although my stomachs gone down, it's still there. I've recently started lifting and doing more stomach based exercises, which'll hopefully do it.

Same thing happened to me not even a few weeks ago. Went from losing 1-2 pounds each week, to losing around 0.3 each week for 2 weeks straight, though I'd changed nothing at all (same calories each day consumed, same amount of exercise). Decided to up my calories (from 1200 to 1350) and now I'm back to losing 2 pounds…
