I've also been looking for more people to motivate and be motivated by. Add me. :)

Because, seriously for a minute, there are nasty, nasty people in the world and therefore there are going to be nasty people on any website, including on MFP. Just because everyone has one thing in common here (trying to track weight/muscle gain/loss) doesn't change who people are and how they treat other people. Just…

I used to drink 2+ litres of coke a day. A real high caffeine addiction. I now don't drink any fizzy/caffeine at all, haven't for over 2 months. I'd suggest drinking none at all, or if you're able to, limit yourself a ton. I've heard that some of the things they add into diet coke (and other diet fizzy drinks) are just as…

These are fantasic: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B005HP3PNM/ref=noref?ie=UTF8&psc=1&s=electronics They stay in your ear, while not being uncomfortable. The sound quality is off the chart as well. They were rated the best 'budget' earphones of 2012 and 2013 by quite a few well known sites.

My family said something quite quickly. I went from 210 last November, to 164 now. My family members said something around the 195 mark, then saying something about it every 10-15 more lost. Friends however have said nothing. :/

Chiddy Bang - Opposite Of Adults (KIDS) [Big Gigantic Remix]

I joined to keep track of what I was eating, drinking and how much I was working out, to keep me accountable to both myself and my friends and to motivate myself to do more. Don't get on a aeroplane naked.

Exactly this. Everyone has things going on in their lives, excuses or not, it falls down to that. I just ate rubbish while doing nothing to burn that rubbish off.

You'll get mostly the same answers from this depending on sexuality...

I have the Omron BF508 Body Composition and Body Fat Monitor Scales, which are really accurate with quite a few extra features which are handy.

Started around a month ago myself, so a beginner for sure. I've been having issues with my left ankle though due to running, which has really watered down the amount I've been able to run. I know it's either my shoes or that my ankles just can't handle it at the moment. But either way I plan on resolving it soon, allowing…

I feel nauseous quite often due to having my gallbladder out a few months back. Whenever I feel nauseous, I just eat something. Doesn't feel great while eating it, but with 10-15 minutes I feel fine again. I don't even go overboard with what I'm eating to feel okay again though. Mostly a cup of grapes or a banana. :)

1200 is the very minimum to continue allowing your system to just run. As in, if you sat down and done nothing all day, around that amount or more is burnt. I also only eat around 1200 calories when I'm not working out that day. If I do work out that day, I up my calorie intake to around 1400-1500. I'd suggest eating more…

Reporting in. Well, former addict anyway. Completely gave it up just over 2 months ago!

I was in the same place for years and years. Went through wanting to lose weight and trying to (but never really committing) to binging. I finally decided to stop what I was doing and just really think about it. Clearly, you're trying to lose weight at times for good reasons, what-ever they may be. I just knew I wasn't…

I'm 20, but nobody ever believes that. Mostly get told I look 18 at a push. Hopefully something I carry with me as I get older.

Add me anyone, happy to help anyone who needs/wants support. :)

I still want to lose around 20 pounds or so. Add me if you want, happy to give the support when needed. :)

I'm 20. Feel free to add me, anyone. :)

I had my gallbladder removed just over 2 months ago, and although at first it is a little painful, it really does heal quickly. I had mine removed laparoscopically. The pre-op was them just wanting to take some blood, do some routine pushing on my stomach and then asking me some questions. About a week later, I had to go…

The flavored water drinks I have twice a day, as they have less than 5 calories per 500ml and I used different amounts each time to make them. Everything else I log.

My weekends used to be an issue as well, but mine were because of where I was on weekends (went out drinking with friends). Cut that back to once a month instead and I've had no issues. On weekends, remind yourself why you want to get healthier and why that's more important than eating/drinking more than you need.

I tap a bit. I don't even notice that I'm doing it. I bite my nails. I'm straight to the point and speak my mind.

Please do add me, and everyone else who wants to help each-other out when needed! :)

For me, as others have said already, I use MFP to track what I eat for protein, fiber and calories for myself not for others to see. I love having friends on MFP, to encourage and motivate, but I prefer to keep my food dairy to myself. If I need help with something, I can still ask for it or unlock it for a small amount of…
