That sounds great, congrats to you. I just bought a smaller size jean a few weeks ago, they were snug but I got them anyway as incentive, zippeed and buttoned them now its 3 weeks later and they are now felling to baggi\y and uncomfortable. I will be buying a smaller size again soon.

I set small weekly goals for myself. One week its cut down on processed sugars, one week maybe eat more veggies, another week aim for x number of minutes of exercise for the week etc....a week at a time gets me more foucsed on what my needs and goals are

More than weight loss I want to loose inches. I am very afraid of getting larger as I get older and I have two less than active parents and I see the helath issues they are having in their senior years and I don't want that to be my future.

This is from a line in the skinny songs and I can't remember the authors name "Objects in the mirror will get smaller (or thinner) than they now appear." If you haven't heard of the skinny songs look them up and listen to the sample demo, they are cute lyrics and motivational when you need a boost.

I am always trying on jeans because I have such a hard time finding the right fit. In between losses I just buy cheap walmart jeans to carry me through. Buy an new better fitting pair, you'll be amazed how they will make you feel when you put them on.

Im not a fan of fish but eat it for obvious reasons, we take talapia, coat it in panko, bake it in the oven, remove from oven andtop it with sauteed spinach, a little cheddar cheese and pop it back in the oven to melt the cheese. I say listen to your body, it will tell you what you should do, I will take a rest day every few days or so because I'm afraid of the risk of hurting myself if I am to sore, and I am also much older than you are too.
